Workers of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) held a rally from Punjab House to Mazar Data Gunj Buksh here on Saturday to celebrate success of General Pervez Musharraf in the presidential election. The rally was led by MQM Punjab Organiser Amanullah Khan, Syed Yasin Azad, Ansar Ali Buttar.
Addressing the participants of the rally, MQM leaders said that re-election of General Musharraf will strengthen democracy in the country. Later, floral wreath was laid at the mazar of great saint Hazrat Data Gunj Buksh. Prayers were also made for the progress of the country.
