Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has started a campaign of prompt phone connections for customers in Rawalpindi and adjacent areas. During the campaign, telephone connections would be immediately provided to applicants at camp offices established in Taxila, Attock, Gujar Khan, Rawalpindi and Murree.
"The campaign will continue throughout the month of October," a spokesman of the company said on Sunday. He said that the campaign aims at providing connections to customers in Rawalpindi division, especially residents of the rural areas on priority basis.
"Application forms are available in the camp offices where customers of concerned areas can avail phone connections on first come first served basis," he said, adding that the customers could also lodge their complaints in these camp offices.
Residents of Hassanabdal, Burhan, Hazro, Shadi Khan, Hattian, Maria Sharif, Fateh Jang, Nara, Mandra and other areas can avail the opportunity, he added.
