The prices of 100kg bag of sugar in Sindh and Punjab reduced to Rs 25 and Rs 40 respectively. Market traders said that 100 kilogram bag of sugar in Sindh was available at Rs 2,615, while in Punjab at Rs 2,675, a private television channel reported.
They attributed the falling trend in the price of sugar in Sindh and Punjab to the good harvest of the new crops of sugarcane for the current season.
