PTCL has changed the issuance and payment dates of telephone bills for the month of September. According to EVP Business South Karachi, Rehmatullah, telephone bills in Karachi are issued during 8th and 10th of every month and payment is made between 22nd and 24th of the month.
However, because the Eid holidays falls on these dates (October 13 to 16), there had been possibility that some consumers may not receive the bills on time.
