The Saudi Arabian Consul General (CG) H E Dr Hassan Attar has returned to Karachi after his brief visit to the Saudi Arabian Kingdom where he prayed at the Grand Mosque on Lailatul Qadr. Dr Attar resumed his functions as the Consul General of the Saudi Arabian Kingdom at Karachi also as the Dean of the Consular Corps.
The Saudi CG said that the Saudi Consulate General at Karachi handled a record number of applications for Umrah visa who went to the Kingdom specially during Ramazan. He said the advent of Shawwal month by the lunar calendar, the Hajj season begins in the Kingdom and the Consulate General at Karachi is fully geared up for the Haj visa operations after the Eid holidays.
