ABIDJAN: Cocoa arrivals at ports in top grower Ivory Coast reached around 1,427,000 tonnes by April 16 since the start of the season on Oct. 1, exporters estimated on Tuesday, up from 1,234,000 tonnes in the same period of the previous season.
Exporters estimated that some 5,000 tonnes of beans had arrived at the port of Abidjan and another 11,000 tonnes at San Pedro, for a total of 16,000 tonnes delivered from April 10-16, compared with 8,000 tonnes in the same period last season.
