Punjab Governor Khalid Maqbool offered Eid prayers here at Badshahi Mosque on Sunday. On the occasion, special prayers were also offered for peace, security and progress of the country. After offering Eid prayers, the Governor mixed with the people and exchanged greetings with them.
Punjab Chief Secretary Salman Siddique, Auqaf Department Secretary Muhammad Hamid and Lahore DCO Muhammad Ijaz also offered Eid prayers at the Badshahi Mosque. Lahore, Corps Commander Lieutenant General Shafaat Ullah Shah, Punjab Rangers Director-General, provincial ministers and secretaries called on the Governor and exchanged Eid greetings with him.
