The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) has advised the exporters to ensure in time submission of their freight subsidy claims. A spokesman of TDAP said here on Tuesday that freight subsidy program for 2006-07 ended on July 31, and claims for the period were due to be filed with their banks by September 30, 2007.
He reminded that subsidy claims, filed after September 30, 2007, would not be entertained. He advised the exporters to ensure that their claims, already filed with their banks by the deadline date of September 30 are forwarded by their banks to National Bank of Pakistan, FTC Branch Karachi within due dates.
