British Foreign Minister Lord Malloch-Brown arrives in Pakistan on Thursday for a two-day visit to holding talks with senior Pakistani politicians, officials and representatives of civil society, said a statement issued here on Wednesday.
During his visit, Lord Malloch-Brown is due to have discussions with Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz, Foreign Minister Khurshid Mehmood Kasuri, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Makhdoom Khusro Bakhtyar, Chief Election Commissioner Justice Qazi Muhammad Farooq (Retd), and others.
Lord Malloch-Brown will also visit a project of the Centre for Civic Education sponsored by the British High Commission called 'Project Citizen,' a civic education programme for students that promotes competent and responsible participation in local and provincial government.
