Pakistan Readymade Garments Manufacturers & Exporters Association (Prgmea) has announced to introduce skill development programme in country's garments industry to promote the country's value added sector, besides exploring and capturing the new international markets of garments exports under the Prgmea's very effective and positive strategy.
The Prgmea's Central Chairman Ejaz A. Khokhar disclosed this while talking to the newsmen at his office here. He strongly believed that the garments business could easily be grown by reducing the communication gap between private and public sectors. He said that the country's exports of value added garments could also be enhanced through the early provision of lacked "level playing field to this industry.
He urged the government to provide the level playing field to country's value added garments industry. Prgmea chief said that the Prgmea has been playing its pivotal role in strengthening and boosting the country's national economy.
