The Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (Hesco) will carry out necessary repair and maintenance work at 220 KV Hala Road Grid Station on Saturday. A Hesco spokesman said here on Friday that repair and maintenance work would also be carried out at the same grid station from October 22 to 25, 2007.
Therefore, during repair and maintenance work at the grid station, power supply to Firdous Colony and Liaquat Colony Feeders will remain suspended from 8 am to 12 noon, he said, and added that the areas of Goth Laloo Lashari, Sultan Shah Colony, Telephone Exchange, Tando Wali Muhammad, Sakhi Pir, Liaquat Colony, Gulshan-e-Fareed Ellahi, Firdous Colony, Main Taxi Stand and Main Liaquat Colony of Taluka Hyderabad City would also be affected during power suspension.
