Education projects will be executed only through National Logistic Cell (NLC), said DCO Muhammad Hameedullah Sheikh on Tuesday. He told officials of various departments that missing facilities in the schools would be provided by the executing agency (NLC).
"No other agency would execute the education projects. However, in emergency a programme may be executed through any of the nation-building departments". Hameedullah urged the officials to ensure quality of work while executing development projects, adding that government is focussing on good governance at all levels.
