Persistent rise was seen on the forward cottonseed oilcake market on Thursday as supply position was tight during the surge in demand by the buyers, dealers said. The December vaida opened with four rupees rise at Rs 539 and market closed at the same rate, they said. The January vaida opened with a gain at Rs 540.00 and closed at the same rate, they added.
