Singapore bunker prices edged up on Monday, while its discount to fuel oil cargo values held steady. Prices for the 380-centistoke (cst) grade were pegged at $489-$491 a tonne, up $2 from the previous session, while the discount remained unchanged at $3.55.
"Today is a buyers market, the suppliers are keen to shift bunkers and there are a couple of smart buyers out there pushing the market lower," a trader said.
