Maulana Aziz cases: ATC adjourns hearing till November 16

Judge Anti Terrorist Court (ATC) No 1 Chaudhry Habib-ur-Rehman put off hearing regarding bail application of Maulana Abdul Aziz former chief cleric of Lal Masjid in eight cases till November 16 here on Wednesday. The hearing could not be held due to non-presence of Maulana Abdul Aziz in the court because of illness.
Defence lawyers Shaukat Aziz Siddique submitted medical certificate of his client before the court seeking date for hearing. The court accepting the justification, deferred the hearing till November 16.
