The District Nazim Hyderabad Kanwar Naveed Jamil has announced a grant of Rs 6 million for repair and renovation of the shrine of Hazrat Shaikh Abdul Wahab Shah Jilani (RA) the District Government would consider the release of more grant for the purpose if needed, he assured.
He also assured of extending his co-operation for release of 10 million rupees grant. Which announced by Sindh Chief Minister Dr Arbab Ghulam Rahim for repair and renovation of the shrine, Kanwar Naveed Jamil announced this grant while attending Mehfil-e-Naat as a Chief Guest here in the premises of the shrine on Friday.
He said that out of 6 million rupees. The District Government would provide 5 million rupees while one million rupees would be granted by Taluka Municipal Administration Hyderabad city.
The District Nazim also formed a committee comprising chairman District Finance committee. Muhammad Hakim. Chairman District works and services committee Munawar khan zai and Chairman District Religious Affairs committee. Engineer Naim ishtiaq for preparation of comprehensive plan for repair and renovation of the shrine.
