Tariq Ikram, Minister of State and Chief Executive of Trade Development Authority of Pakistan will inaugurate Pakistani stall at India International Trade Fair, 2007 here on Wednesday. The industrial fair, which is being participated by 64 exhibitors will continue till November 27.
The Indian authorities have finalised the arrangements to hold the fair at Pragati Maidan. Pakistani manufacturers will put on display different products including fabrics, onyx, spices and food products. Pakistani products are very popular in India and if technical and tariff barriers on Pakistani products are removed by India, exports can increase manifold, the Pakistani exhibitors said.
