Pakistan International Airline's twice weekly flights to and from Sialkot the historical city and one of the major industrial centers of Pakistan will commence from November 30th, 2007 for the comfort and convenience of its passengers.
A memorandum of understanding was recently signed between PIA and Sialkot International Airport authority for mutual co-operation and joint promotion of Sialkot International Airport. The memorandum of understanding was signed by Anwaar Rasul Khan, Senior Vice President (Sales), PTA and Mian Naeem Javed, Director, Sailkot International Airport.
Initially, PTA will operate flights on Tuesdays and Fridays with departure of flight at 11:00am from Karachi and arrival at Sailkot by 12:50pm. Similarly the return flight will depart at 1:30pm to reach Karachi at 3:20pm.-PR
