Multan Chamber of Commerce & Industry (MCCI) President Anis Ahmed Sheikh and executive committee has welcomed the government's decision to induct Khawaja Muhammad Jalal-uddin Roomi in caretaker set-up as Provincial Minister for industries and said that he is man of principles who had served the people in different capacities.
He has been serving as Chairman of Boards of management (BOM) of Nishtar Hospital, Children Complex Multan, Director of Punjab Industrial Estate Board, Chairman of All Pakistan Bedsheet & Upholstery Manufacturers Association (APBUMA).
He had also served as chairman of Multan dry port trust and Vice President of MCCI. He is also director of Mehmood Group of industries and highly qualified person. They expressed hope that he would come up to the expectations of the people of Punjab.
