FBR gives double pay package to 734 officers

The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has given double pay package to 734 appraisers, examiners, preventive officers, inspectors and other officers and transferred them to Model Customs Collectorates (MCCs) of Appraisement, Port Muhammad Bin Qasim, Preventive, Pakistan Customs Computerised System (PACCS) and MCC Exports, Karachi.
The board has issued five notifications on Friday to extend 100 percent special allowance to these officers. The board has given double pay package to 110 stenographers, appraisers, examiners, preventive officers, inspectors of Collectorate of Customs, Appraisement Karachi and transferred them to MCC Appraisement, Karachi.
Break-up reveals that 41 appraisers, examiners, preventive officers, inspectors and other officers have been given new assignments at MCC Port Muhammad Bin Qasim; 390 officers from Customs House Karachi to MCC Preventive Karachi; 128 from Customs House Karachi to MCC PACCS, Karachi and 65 have been transferred from Collectorate of Customs Export, Karachi to MCC Karachi.
