To commemorate the World First Aid Day, a seminar was organised here on Monday by the Pakistan Red Crescent Society, Sindh. The speakers on the occasion pointed that the Pakistan Red Crescent Society, Sindh, has trained thousands of First Aiders.
They, it was informed, are providing first aid to the needy in their respective communities. The volunteers first aiders of the society remain ready round-the-clock to meet any eventuality and save lives during the emergencies whether natural or man-made.
The speakers also highlighted the significance of acquiring the first aid training, which was described as the basic medical relief to the affectees. Those expressed their views included the Vice-Chairperson of the Society, Ms Shamiem Kazmi, Mehfoozun nabi Khan, Tariq Moeen, Sahiya Naureen Barni, Kanwar Waseem.
