The Chief Justice Lahore High Court (LHC) on Wednesday announced annual general holidays for the year 2008 to be observed by the LHC, its benches at Bahawalpur, Multan and Rawalpindi and civil and sessions courts.
According to a notification, LHC and its benches would observe winter holidays from December 25, 2007 to January 07, 2008 while subordinate courts would observe winter holidays from December 25, 2007 to January 01, 2008.
The LHC will observe summer vocations from July 07, 2008 to September 06, 2008 while subordinate courts will observe summer vocations from August 01, 2008 to August 31, 2008. The civil courts at Murree will remain close for annual vocations in the month of January.
