Former MPA Muhammad Khalid Chohan, who is also a candidate for the PP-235 seat, on Monday vowed to serve his constituents with greater devotion, if re-elected in the upcoming elections.
Addressing a large gathering at Maachhiwaal he said he won a berth in the Punjab Assembly last time as an independent candidate, and would strive to end the deprivation of this hitherto backward area if re-elected in the coming elections.
During the last five years, he said he had worked for the development of the area and to help his constituents get their rights and would continue to serve them in future.
