The caretaker Chief Minister, NWFP, Shamsul Mulk has directed that all postings and transfers in the province shall be banned in view of the Election Commission's instructions.
However, the postings and transfers, unless warranted by most exceptional circumstances to be brought out and explained in detail, justified and special permission should be sought from the Chief Minister and the Governor as well as the Election Commission of Pakistan, said an official release here on Friday.
