More than 2.515 million registered voters would exercise their right of franchise in the forthcoming general elections-2008 to be held on January 8, for 9 National Assembly constituencies in Larkana region including Larkana, Kamber-Shahdadkot, Shikarpur, Jacobabad and Kandhkot-Kashmore and 18 general seats of the Sindh Provincial Assembly in Larkana region.
According to the statistics provided by the Deputy Election Commissioner Office Larkana region, the total number of male registered voters is 13,99,223 including non-Muslims and female registered voters 11,15,777 including non-Muslims.
The Larkana and Kamber-Shahdadkot districts with 4 NA and 8 Sindh Assembly seats has the highest number of registered voters which is 10,30,680 of whom the strength of the male voters is 5,83,386 and female 4,47,294.
Following is the complete list of the five districts of Larkana Region including Larkana, Kamber-Shahdadkot, Shikarpur, Jacobabad and Kandhkot-Kashmore along with number of the NA and PA seat, registered voters both male and female:

KAMBER-SHAHDADKOT: NA-2 Seats(NA-206 Kamber-Shahdadkot (Old Larkana-III) and NA-207 Larkana-cum-Shikarpur-cum-Kamber-Shahdadkot (Old Larkana-IV), PS Seats 2(PS-38 Larkana-cum-Kamber-Shahdadkot-I(Old Larkana-IV), PS-39 Kamber-Shahdadkot-II(Old Larkana-V), PS-40 Kamber-Shahdadkot-II(Old Larkana-VI) and PS-42 Kambeer-Shahdadkot-III (Old Larkana-VIII) Male Voters 1,93,162, Female Voters 1,11,863 total 3,05,025.
