The Auditor General of Pakistan Tanwir Ali Agha has emphasised the need to fully utilise professional skills for further improving financial management of ministries/divisions, says a Press Release. He was speaking at a closing ceremony of CFAOs ten days intensive training programme arranged by Audit and Accounts Training Institute (Aati), Islamabad.
According to a press release of AG office issued on Friday, Tanwir Ali Agha has asked CFAOs to identify high-risk areas of expenditure and take appropriate actions, so that the workload of external auditors could be reduced. He said that the role of CFAOs was very important and they would be part and parcel and team member of Principal Accounting Officers.-PR
