Ukraine raw sunoil output fell 4.1 percent to 188,000 tonnes in November from 195,000 in October, the State Statistics Committee said on Friday. It said 1.921 million tonnes were produced in the first 11 months of this year, or 8 percent more than in the same period in 2006.
Sunoil production rose by 44 percent to 1.939 million tonnes in 2006 compared with the previous year. Analysts had forecast 2006/07 sunoil output at over 2.3 million tonnes after a harvest of 5.32 million tonnes of sunseed in 2006. They said exports jumped to about 1.8 million tonnes in the 2006/07 season.
