ISE index loses 43.04 points

Fresh bearish assault moved the entire ready-board in downward direction at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where players remained at the sidelines to avoid heavy losses amid decrease in index. ISE-10 Index showed a decrease of 43.04 points as it moved from 3,051.17 to 3,008.13 points.
The overall turnover amounted to 1,682,200 shares as compared to previous volume of 3,385,900 shares. Total 141 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (83) closed in negative territory, 56 showed positive signs whereas two companies remained glued to their overnight levels.
The turnover of Bosicor Pakistan was 1,190,000 shares as compared to previous volume of 793,000 shares. The volume of Pakistan Cement was 645,000 shares. The turnover of NIB Bank was 287,000.
