LHCBA praises court's decision on FHC

The Lahore High Court Bar Association President, Ehsan Bohn has praised the decision of blocking the government from taking any further step in establishing the Federal High Court till further orders.
He told reporters in the bar premises that the Federal Court was a direct hit to the independence of the judiciary and a severe conspiracy to divide the judiciary and the bar. He hoped the judiciary would continue taking such decisions. Secretary LHCBA Sarfraz Chaudhry condemned police action against journalists, branding it state terrorism and also the detention of Justice Khawaja Muhammad Sharif at his home.
