131 polling stations sensitive

As many as 131 polling stations have been declared sensitive in terms of security in Sialkot district. The following tehsil-wise sensitive polling stations are 58 in tehsil Sialkot, 30 Daska tehsil, 31 Pasrur tehsil and 12 in Sambrial tehsil of the district revealed District Returning Officer Sialkot Shoaib Ahmad Rumi.
The District Returning Officer Sialkot ensured that special security arrangements would be made for runing the smooth polling process, adding that only voters and authorised polling agents of the candidates would be allowed to enter the stations.
It may be mentioned that there are total 1,312 polling stations of which 328 female and 652 combined polling stations would be established, while total registered voters are 1,475,270 out of which 667,241 are female voters in Sialkot district.
