Alpha dairies commences commercial production

Alpha Dairies, an integegrated dairy based in Shah Jewna, Jhang the best milk packet in Punjab starts it commercial production. The Rs 500 million milk plant with a capacity to process 240,000 litres /day is producing quality instant skimmed powder at the moment and intends to launch UHT milk brand "Dairy Fresh" in January 2008.
The plant would also be producing juices, nectars, cream and desi ghee. The company plans to inject further Rs 200 million for milk procurement in Jhang area to source high quality milk in Q1 2008.-PR
