Leader of Pakistan People's Party Makhdoom Amin Fahim has called for fair and transparent investigation into the assassination of party Chairperson Benazir Bhutto to satisfy the masses.
Talking to a private TV channel he said that the murder of Benazir Bhutto was a great incident in the country's history after the execution of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and it needed fair and thorough investigation so that the real killers could be identified.
Makhdoom Amin Fahim, to a question about Baitullah Mehsud's involvement in Liaquat Bagh, said that he has no knowledge of the planning and activities of such groups, adding one side gives statement while the other denies it. The time will decide what is correct, he observed.
