Former leader of Pakistan Muslim League Syed Kabir Ali Wasti has joined Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz on Sunday. The announcement to this effect was made after a meeting held between Wasti and senior leader of PML-N Javed Hashmi, a spokesman of PML-N said here.
The Spokesman said that he (Wasti) would work as a worker under the leadership of Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif for the cause of the party and promotion of democracy in the country. "He would also run the party's election campaign with Javed Hashmi and Hanif Abbasi in the constituencies NA-55 and NA-56 against former Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed," he added. The local leadership of PML-N has also welcomed Wasti for joining the party saying "Wasti's efforts and spirit would further strengthen the party."
