Pakistan's first two-day global telecommunication congress (TeleCON 2008), with a special emphasis on challenges and opportunities in the new era of digitalised and wireless environment, will be held on April 12 and 13 at a local hotel.
International and Pakistani speakers and delegates, both from the business and technology side, are expected to present their papers. The congress announced by SHAMROCK Conferences International (www.shamrockconferences.net) is expected to draw support from the regulatory bodies, leading telecom companies, professional and technical educational institutions and vendor-organisations directly or indirectly involved in the telecommunication sector. The focus of the participants of the conference will be to highlight the significance and technological growth of the telecommunication sector to the future economic and social development of Pakistan.-PR
