A meeting to discuss arrangements of Polio eradication campaign was held under the chairmanship of District Naib Nazim Tando Allahyar Faizul-Haq-Sabir Qaimkhani at District Nazim Secretariat.
Addressing at the meeting District Naib Nazim said that healthy children are our future as such they would run the country business in days to come and it is our duty to play our due role for eradication of fatal disease of polio from the district.
He directed the concerned officers that no child up to five years of age could be left out from administering polio drops so that the desired results of the campaign could be achieved. He directed them to ensure availability of sufficient stock of ice for keeping the polio vaccines safe.
He appealed to the people to get their children vaccinated. He further informed that an Anti polio walk would also be organised on January 21, 2008 which will start at 11am from Civil Hospital Tando Allahyar and finish at Shah Latif Gate.
