Pakistan People's Party has refused to have seat adjustment with any political party, including PML-N, and would contest equally in every constituency from all over the country. Talking to APP, party Secretary General Jahangir Badar said that the idea had never been discussed in any forum of the party.
However, he refused to comment more over the 'adjustment issue'. He said that PPP had given tickets to its candidates in every constituency of Pakistan, and added that "the election campaign of candidates is in full swing." He said that fair and free elections are tantamount to keep the solidarity of Pakistan intact, and "we are struggling to follow suit".
