Only Pakistani forces to conduct operations inside country: ISPR

Commenting on a news item appearing in a section of the press about coalition forces providing training to Pakistani armed forces, a spokesman of ISPR on Sunday said Pakistan Army has been interacting and benefiting for the past many years from the experience of Allied Armed Forces in the fields of counter insurgency and counter terrorism operations.
However, it has no relevance with any possibility of positioning Coalition Forces in Pakistan or operating along with Pakistan Armed Forces inside our territory, the spokesman said. The spokesman reiterated that only Pakistan Security Forces will conduct operations inside Pakistan.
