The Capital Development Authority (CDA), has granted M/s Multi Professional Cooperative Housing Society (Regd), the final NOC, vide letter No. CDA/PLW/UP-HS (90)/mpchs/vol-iii/2003/491, dated 30-01-2008 and No. CDA/PLW/UP-HS (90)/mpchs/vol-iii/2003/492, dated 30-01-2008, for its housing schemes named "Tele Gardens" and "Multi Gardens".
For "Multi Gardens" CDA allotted an area measuring 7672.90 kanals in Sectors A-17, B-17 and B-18 in Zone-II of the Islamabad Capital Territory and for "Tele Gardens" CDA allotted an area of land measuring 2750.85 kanals in Sectors F-17/2 and F-17/3 in Zone-II. The decision was taken in the CDA Board meeting, held recently.
It may be mentioned here that the CDA board reviewed in all respects, the Multi Professional Cooperative Housing Society's application and approved the request after finding it strictly in line with the rules which is a clear recognition of the working. According to the CDA NOC, the society will develop a total of 4,670 plots in "Multi Gardens" and 1,490 plots in "Tele Gardens" scheme.
In "Multi Gardens" scheme, 51.79 percent land will be used for residential areas. The details of the rest of the land use is roads 28.66 percent, commercial 4.55 percent, public building 4.82 percent, park and open spaces 8.18 percent and graveyard 2.00 percent. Likewise in the "Tele Gardens" scheme, 54.22 percent land will be used for the residential areas.-PR
