District Nazim Manshera, Sardar Muhammad Yousaf has said that in pursuance of the directives of President Pervez Musharraf, the previous debts of House Building Finance Corporation (HBFC) for the earthquake-affected people of district Manshera would be waived shortly.
He expressed these views while talking to a delegation of the affected people led by Nazimeen of UCs Sarwar Shah Khan and Sardar Syed Ghulam here on Friday. Talking to the delegation Sardar Muhammad Yousaf said that the Prime Minister in the light of the directives of the President has recommended for the waving off the HBFC debts for the quake-affected people. He hoped that a formal notification in this regard would be issued by HBFC in the next few days that would provide relief to the victims.
