Faulty phone lines

Through the courtesy of your newspaper I wish to draw the attention of PTCL towards the following dead phone lines of my office. Phone Nos. 2565420-21, 2568601-2 and 2560567 are out of order since May 2007.
Several verbal complaints were made on 18 and written complaints were lodged with Divisional Engineer Phones of S.I.T.E. Exchange but no action has been taken so far.
We have purchased three V-wireless phones to meet our business needs which is costing us additional expenses. Due to bad signals of V-wireless, we are not able to use internet and cannot communicate with our customers within and outside Pakistan.
These faulty phone lines have caused us huge business loss. Divisional Engineer Phones of S.I.T.E. Exchange is therefore requested to look into this matter at his earliest.
