Storied dot-com era magazine The Industry Standard, which closed in 2001 like many of the Internet companies it documented in its pages, re-launched on Monday as a website and a virtual tech futures market.
The new Standard will feature an online "predictions market" that will poll its readers on people and issues in the technology and Internet industries to forecast events.
