Bushra Aitzaz, wife of Aitzaz Ahsan, President of Supreme Court Bar Association, has said that lawyers' struggle has taken a positive turn, but will carry on till the judiciary and judges' return. At a function arranged for her, she said that the lawyers' struggle would prove a milestone for the judiciary and democratic institutions in the country.
She said the lawyers would never compromise with the rulers and would continue fighting for justice. She said that bar members would ultimately force the government to reinstate the judges. Other speakers were former Supreme Court judge Khalil-ur-Rehman Khan, Ahmed Awais, Amin Chaudhry and Fakhur Nisa.
