Ghinva Bhutto Monday charged Presiding Officer of the polling stations 11 and 12 of the constituency NA-204, Larkana-I with favouring PPP voters to cast their votes without NIC and stopping PPP(SB) workers from casting votes by raising objections. Ghinva Bhutto is contesting for NA seat from this constituency.
Earlier, when she received the complaints she reached the polling station and made queries from Presiding Officer about the complaints and when he could not give satisfactory reply, she telephoned and called the Returning Officer to polling station and informed him about the rigging was taking place. Returning Officer Haider Ali Abro assured of checking out the complaint and also to see whether wrong votes are being cast.
In the meantime, Nisar Ahmed Khuhro, President PPP Sindh, who is also contesting from PS-36, Larkana-2, also arrived there and an exchange of acrimonious and hot words took place during which a PPP(SB) worker manhandled Nisar Khuhro. The Returning Officer, who was also present there immediately called the Rangers. The polling remained suspended for about 15 minutes and was restored later on arrival of the Rangers.
