APDM holds demonstration in Lahore

All Parties Democratic Movement (APDM) held a demonstration here at Muslim Town Morr on Monday as a part of its election boycott campaign. The procession led by APDM leaders Liaquat Baloch and Farid Ahmad Paracha was attended by dozens of activists of the alliance and raised slogans against the government.
The demonstrators were carrying banners and placards inscribed with slogans pertaining to election boycott. Addressing on the occasion, Liaquat Baloch, said that no body would accept the government that would emerge as a result of bogus results. He said that low turnout of voters in poll proved that the people have rejected the drama staged in the name of elections.
