At least five people were seriously injured in a car blast near Shinkiari police station at Nawazabad village on Saturday. According to details, supporters of the winning political party were going on a Pick-up to attend the celebration rally when the vehicle blew up due to a blast. The cause of the blast has not been determined so far.
As a result of the blast five people including Mujahid Hussain, Syed Rasul Shah, Sultan Shah, Nasir Mahmood and Muhammad Pervez were seriously wounded. The injured had been rushed to RHC Shinkiari and three of them were stated to be in critical condition. Later, the injured were shifted to District Headquarters Hospital Shinkiari.
