The Lahore High Court has issued a notice to Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) Flight Operations Senior Vice President Mehboobul Haq and ordered him to appear in the court following a petition filed by a pilot.
Pilot Mian Shahzad Aziz told the court on Monday that he had lost three-year seniority as punishment without hearing him. He argued that the punishment was against the airline's regulations.
Taffazul Rizvi an advocate is pleading the pilot's case. The court has also ordered the airline's managing director to decide the matter after hearing the pilot case.
