The hearing of an appeal by Aamir Khan, chief, Mohajir Qaumi Movement (MQM-Haqiqi) was adjourned till 12:30 noon on Tuesday after it was heard partly by an appellate bench of the Sindh High Court (SHC) here on Monday.
The bench comprised Justice Qaiser Iqbal and Justice Syed Mehmood Alam Rizvi. The appellant assailed 10-year imprisonment awarded to him by an Anti Terrorism Court on charge of terrorism and double murder on a by-election day.
