Bahria University Karachi has launched first ever "Pharmaceutical Business Management MBA" programme in Pakistan with the objective of fulfilling the training and development needs of the 80 billion rupees Pharmaceutical Industry in Pakistan. It was disclosed during the life sciences workshop held at Bahria University here on Wednesday.
Speaking on the occasion, Director of the University, Captain Ashfaq Agha (Retd) said that Pharmaceutical Business Management MBA programme was not only for the first ever of its kind in Pakistan, but in the whole Asia. This new programme would assist young generation to explore the employment opportunities in the growing pharmaceutical industry of the country, he added.
He said that this programme would also help the pharmaceutical professionals to understand the dynamics of ever-changing pharmaceutical sector and to equip themselves with the latest management practices. Current managers in the industry would be able to make better, intelligent, and informed decisions about their organisation and their careers.-PR
