Bilal assumes charge as Commandant of Signals Corps

The Chief of Army Staff, General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani installed Major General Ahmed Bilal as the Colonel Commandant of the Corps of Signals in an impressive but simple ceremony, at General Headquarters signals Battalion ground, Rawalpindi on Thursday.
General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani and outgoing Colonel Commandant of the Corps of rank on the shoulders of Major General Ahmed Bilal, to formally install him as the Colonel Commandant. Senior serving and retired military officers attended the ceremony.
