The Karachi Port handled 123,623 tonnes cargo including 64,264 tonnes import, 59,359 tonnes export cargo and 3,293 containers (TEUs) during last 24 hours ending at 0700 hours on Tuesday.
The cargo comprised of 79,323 tonnes dry cargo including 52,267 tonnes general cargo; 4,194 tonnes Wheat; 2,175 tonnes Fertiliser; 5,922 tonnes Cement; 10,300 tonnes Clinker; 4,465 tonnes Rice and 44,300 tonnes oil/liquid cargo. Seven ships namely Chemroad Vega, Chemstar Duke, Eser Kaptanoglu, Fesco Marina, Ever Given, Maritime Valour and Jitra Bhum sailed out to sea during the report period.
Six vessels viz Csav Lonquimay, Creek, Atlantic Express, Orient Saori, Aqua Star and Ploutos are currently at the berths. Three ships namely Sinar Bintan, Csav Lonquimay and Alina expected to sail on Tuesday, while four vessels viz Creek, Ploutos, Pheaton and Gopa are expected to sail on Wednesday.
Four vessel viz Champion Pleasure, Moyra, Apl Sokghna and Lucky Man due to arrive on Tuesday, while nine ships namely Bunga Melati-4, Addarraq-4, Daniela, Harmony, Oel Spirit, Cape Arago, Bogasari Lima, Thia Matina and Team Al-Emirates are due to arrive on Wednesday.

PORT QASIM
A total cargo volume of 100,710 tonnes comprising 77,706 tonnes import and 23,004 tonnes export inclusive of containerised cargo carried in 3,087 containers (TEUs) was handled during last 24 hours on Tuesday. The cargo comprised of 22,400 tonnes Furnace Oil; 6,739 tonnes Palm Oil; 15,677 tonnes Wheat; 514 tonnes Coal; 15,188 tonnes Iron Ore and 40,554 tonnes containerised cargo.
Container vessel Maersk Montana sailed out to sea during last 24 hours. Two ships namely MV Nord Vision and MV Artaki are expected to sail on Tuesday. A total of seven ships namely Cheltenham, Transport, Al-Soor-II, Jia Ho, Ocean Morning, African Zebra and Pontonikis carrying Chemicals, Palm Oil, Diesel Oil, Coke and Wheat respectively are currently at the outer anchorage.
Seven vessels viz Maersk Montana, Nedlloyd Europa, MV Gemini, MV Nord Vision, MV Artaki, Vanguard Viking and Dohg Sheng Ocean are currently occupying berths to load/offload Containers, Palm Oil, Wheat, Furnace Oil, Iron Ore and Coal respectively during last 24 hours.
Three vessels viz CV Al-Manakh, MV frican Zebra and MT Cheltenham due to take berths at Container Terminal, Multi Purpose Terminal and Engro Terminal respectively on Tuesday. One ship namely MT Bengal Orchid due to arrive on Tuesday, while three more vessels viz CV ACX Dahila, MT Provider and MV Tiran Island due to arrive on Wednesday.
Five vessels namely Maersk Novazzano, QIA Al-Fujaa, New Delhi Express, MSC Finland and Jawaharlal Nehru with Containers and Crude Oil respectively are also due to arrive.
